Windows 7 RC 1 not booting in parallels but boot camp fine

I formatted and reinstalled my windows 7 beta 1 install and installed windows 7 RC 1. The install works just fine in boot camp but it blue screen of deaths on boot up it I try to use parallels. I have downloaded the latest version parallels as well. Any ideas? Thanks
 
Same problem except I installed Windows 7 Enterprise. No problem upgrading on Bootcamp, but I can't get Parallels to work.
 
Windows 7 Ultimate on Bootcamp

I have Windows 7 Ultimate working on bootcamp with NO problems (MacBook Pro: 3.06Ghz Intel Core Duo, 4GB)
Updated parallels - Windows 7 BSOD when starting Windows.
Installed VM Fusion - Latest version - Windows 7 BSOD when starting Windows.

I am afraid that both Parallels and VMWare need to get back to their test systems and run the latest version of Windows 7 on their systems and get it to work.

I have been digging around on the internet and have not found any solutions.
