Windows 7 RTM & Parallels Tools/Start Menu Disappears

Greetings Everyone, I just installed the Windows 7 RTM in Parallels 4.0 and once I install the Parallels Tools, the Start Menu and Task Bar disappear. If I rip off the tools, then it returns, but putting the tools back on results in the Start Menu/Task bar disappearing again.

My install of Windows 7 RC1 does not do this...

Any suggestions?
