Hello everyone,
I'm very happy with my Parallels Desktop 4.0, and the Windows 7 Professional installation went very smoothly.
There's just one small thing that doesn't seem to work, whatever I try: the Windows Taskbar always reverts back to its initial state (loses all pinned applications, goes to the bottom of the screen instead of left, does not auto-hide anymore) whenever I restart the virtual machine.
I tried to check and uncheck the "Automatically relocate Windows taskbar" under the Coherence panel in the Virtual Machine Configure.
I tried to right-click on the taskbar itself, uncheck "Lock the taskbar", apply the changes I want (position and auto-hide), and then lock it again.
Whatever I do, the pesky taskbar forgets everything as soon as I restart the virtual machine. I actually don't know if it's a Parallels Desktop problem, or maybe a Windows 7 issue. Anybody got an idea?
Thanks a lot in advance!
