    Hello,

Very recently I've had users experience problems in Windows 7 where they are unable to rename or delete Revit files. I have my users running Parallels 6 build 12094 (12106 has too many issues with virtualization and my users are mostly on 10.5.8, with a few on 10.7.x). Anyway, I have had to manually delete (through the command prompt with Explorer closed) files that won't delete in the recycle bin or the desktop. Some users just can't rename files, while one person is now unable to open files on her laptop that she can on her desktop. Any ideas?

does it only happen to Revit files? it is actually worth to consult support team about www.parallels.com/support
And we actually need Report ID from Help --> Report a Problem to investigate the issue
