Windows 7 vs 8 vs 8.1?

I just purchased my first iMac and I've decided to install Parallels 10 in order to run a couple of programs that are Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 64-bit compatible. I'd be interested to know what version of the Windows operating system (7, 8, or 8.1) veteran users of parallels would recommend I install. Thank you!
 
Thanks Dhruba, but my question is which version would a veteran user recommend based upon experience, not which ones are supported.
