I reviewed Parallels kb article 5021 as it cites the same blue screen error that I am getting when I try to boot my boot camp partition in Parallels. Unfortunately, There is no parallels folder under HKLM>Software in the registry.
The Boot Camp partition was created and I installed the Boot Camp 3.0 x64 drivers in it and then booted into Snow Leopard to setup the VM in Parallels. It took a few minutes to configure the partition and then the VM was ready to start. Upon boot, it throws the 0x0000007B stop code. Note that I am running the current version of Parallels and I am running this configuration on a new unibody MacBook Pro so it's 64 bit capable and the Boot Camp drivers are supported by Apple on it.
