Windows 8 Desktop Missing

When I click the gray box that says Desktop (which was yellow a few days ago) it takes me to my Mac Pro 2009 desktop instead of the Windows 8 desktop. How do I fix this?

Your virtual machine is in Coherence mode, please exit Coherence mode as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4670
