I've seen back and forth reports on this from users and Parallels, but can we please have a definitive answer to this question:

Will we ever see Windows Aero support in Parallels Desktop?
 
Aero support will almost certainly be added in the forthcoming Parallels 5 with some graphic card limitations (ie not the integrated GMA in Macbooks for sure) and as a result will be a part of a paid for upgrade.

Pre-release PD5 Invite tests currently show Aero to be very resource heavy in the VM environment for what is just a bit of glamour !
 
It's more than 'just a bit of glamour'. Very attractive GUI with, a lot uglier without.
Good news about Parallels 5 though.
