Windows app icons in dock

I was just wondering if there was a way to remove Windows app icons from the mac dock while keeping the application open in parallels rc3 update, as they're really oversized and distorted.
Knowing me there's some really obvious way of doing it that I've missed...

Can anyone help?

Go to Parallels Desktop->Preferences menu, click Appearance tag, uncheck Show Applications in Dock.
