Windows Controls in Parallels

Does anyone know how I can use solely windows controls in parallels? For example, my "control + arrow" key switches between my spaces. When I am in Windows, it doesn't work correctly. It still follows the Mac OS setting. How do I "shut down" Mac OS controls and use Windows controls?
