Does anyone else have this issue? I've got a MBP 16 in clamshell mode. It is connected to a simple 1920x1080 monitor. Issue I run in to: Often Parallels starts up (fullscreen) in the insane resolution of 1733 x 888 (recommended). At that point there is no way to inform parallels that it should switch to 1920x1080, which is the monitors native resolution. To fix this...... hard power down and restart window. Then all of the sudden, 1920x1080 is listed and can be used, while parallels still thinks 1733x888 is the better resolution.... The Mac also recognises this monitor as having the native resolution of 1920x1088. So anyone got a clue how I need to configure this, so parallels won't always start in 1733x888? Thanks!
@Roland07 Hi, please update the Parallels Tools by referring this KB article https://kb.parallels.com/115835 and check if it works.
