Windows dock displayed in Coherence mode

From the Parallels videos, I see that in Coherence mode, everything that's open in Windows should be in the Mac dock. But my install displays the Windows XP dock just above the Mac dock. It's almost like it's 98% coherence.

Is there a Preference that controls this? Or is there something wrong with my Parallels install?

Try menu Applications - hide Windows Task Bar
And also check for section Coherence in Configuration Editor for VM

Found the answer myself. I thought I would post here for others.

Applications -> Hide Windows Taskbar
