I'm a new Parallels user. I have an M4 Macbook Air. I need to run Microset 4, PC based, software. It has a serial connection to the Microset device. I've installed a FTDI 2.12.36.20A on the Window side. It appears that Windows has found the USB-C cable plugged into the Macbook, and at least a partial software installation. I have an error message, below. Can anyone provide some guidance on how I might resolve this issue?
I have a USB-C (plugged into the Macbook,) to serial Oikwan cable going into a manufacture provided serial cable connecting to the device.
