I recently installed Parallels 6 on a MacBook Pro (Snow Leopard OS X 10.6.5; 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo; 4 GB MHz DDR3 RAM). Then I installed Windows 7 Home Premium as the Windows program.

The installation went fine and (as far as I know) everything set up okay. However, when I start Parallels I get a window showing a "Windows Error Recovery" notice. I will attempt to attach a screen shot of this message. "Start Windows Normally" is highlighted, but I have no control with the highlight/cursor in this window. I cannot move the cursor/highlight up or down, and hitting the Enter key does nothing either. I have to wait until the 30-second timer runs out and then Windows starts in Parallels.

From there on everything appears to be normal. I do not notice anything abnormal while shutting down Parallels, so do not what the particular error is.

Thanks in advance for any comments, advise, suggestions, tips, etc.
