Windows Guest OS - Coherence Mode Lock Screen

Hi -- I love coherence mode except for one thing -- when the windows guest OS machine locks, the Ctrl + Alt + Delete screen takes up the entire screen of whatever monitor it's on and blocks anything else from being shown. Can you please tell me how to not have this feature become so incredibly annoying and is there a work-around for it? There was a forum post back from 2012 - 2016 however no resolution other than software that moves the mouse to prevent windows from locking which is a security violation and not a valid solution
