Hi there, in my office I am currently using two windows machines. Each one is connected to a seperate network (both networks use the same router as a gateway but one network is behind a hardware firewall that connects to a VPN through the regular gateway). I would like to change my setup to an iMac. The machine that is currently NOT connected to the firewall is supposed to be replaced by the iMac and macOS. In addition I want to replace the machine that is currently connected to the firewall/VPN with a windows virtual machine in parallels. Is it possble to connect maybe an Ethernet USB-Adapter to the iMAC so it is connected to both Networks via Ethernet and then have macOS use one of the adapters as its main network and Windows in Parallels use the second Ethernet adapter (which would then be connected to the firewall) as its standard network/ gateway? Has somebody done this before? Is macOS/ parallels capable of that?
