Windows install from shell

I just installed Parallels and couldn't get my dvd/dvd drive for Windows to work so I did the install of Parallels without installing Windows (11). Now I have a shell and cannot figure out how to install windows. I have an ISO image that I downloaded and also a copy of the DVD which contains the setup.exe file on it. How can I get the install to start from a shell? I can't figure out one command that works there.
