Windows installing issue, wrong Windows version?

Bit poster
I have a site license containing every single version and model of Windows 7 Professional 32/64-bit. Which version should I use? Win 7 Pro K | Win 7 Pro M | Other? or is there an actual Windows for Mac version I have to download?
