Windows Key not recognized after I reinstalled Windows and Parallels

Hello,

I deleted both Windows 10 and Parallels from my Mac due to it being lagggy and crashing. I reinstalled both Parallels and Windows 10 and now Windows won't recognize my Product Key. It says that its registered to another device.

Can someone please help?
