Windows Key not recognized after I reinstalled Windows and Parallels

    Hello,

    I deleted both Windows 10 and Parallels from my Mac due to it being lagggy and crashing. I reinstalled both Parallels and Windows 10 and now Windows won't recognize my Product Key. It says that its registered to another device.

    Can someone please help?

    Hi, if you cannot register Windows OS, please contact Microsoft support
    Unfortunately we cannot unregister Windows.
