Windows Key

I am running a Windows XP guest in a Windows 7 host. I am having a problem that when I press the Windows key, it is picked up by the host, no matter what I'm doing. I would hope that the press would be picked up by whichever OS is active at the time, like on my Mac. Does anyone know how to fix this?
