Windows Menubar still visible in Coherence

Hi,

I have the problem that after a certain time coherence is not working right. I alwas see the XP Taskbar on the bottom of my Mac screen although the Virual XP is running in Coherence. This is really annyoing and ugly.... How can I hide it again. It was hidden for a while but now it is always there.

I went back a snapshot to the fresh installed XP and there it is working. But after a while (couple of times working with the VM) it came up somehow and never hid again.

Please help we with this.

Couple things to try. Go to View > Hide Windows Taskbar. If that is already showing "Show Windows Taskbar" instead of hide, just show it and hide it again, may work.

If reverting back to an old snapshot fixes it, I am guessing something is wrong with your parallels tools. Try reinstalling those also.
 
Hi,

Under "View" there is no option of hiding the taskbar but I found the option you meant. It was surprisingly in the menu when I right click on the Paralles Icon and go to "Programs" -> Hide Windows Taskbar.

That worked.
