Windows Networking failing in 2.5 and 3.0

So,

Since the last Mac updates (security and .10) I have been unable to connect with windows networking in XP, but I can connect just fine from the Mac side. I have had no problem connecting with the Internet. In the windows XP system error log, it indicated in version 2.5 and 3.0 of Parallels that prlnp.dll was not starting up correctly. The file appears to be where it is supposed to be. So now I am "upgraded" if it can be said without irony, afraid to try to go back, and still left with the same issue, no windows network drives.

Any help?
