Windows not functioning.

Hi,
I just installed Parallels 14 trial on my iMac with Win 10.
Installation went without a hitch (albeit very slowly) and Window opens ok except there is no functionality. Nothing responds to mouse input nor file dropdown selection.
Is there something I've missed or should I reinstall?

Hi Maria,

If you mean restarting Windows then yes I've done that multiple times. What do you mean by "reset"? Where do I do that from?
All I've done so far is download & install Parallels, when prompted I installed Windows10 which seemed to go as expected although it did take forever but no error messages. Window opened and completed but no active icons or shortcuts.
 
I just deleted the Windows install and reinstalled selecting "Pro" instead of "Home" this time and it appears to be working ok. Will give it more of a workout tomorrow.
