Hello, I have a MacBook, and I have installed Windows Parallels to work from home. I want to access the fileshare of Office through Windows Parallels. Currently, I have installed a VPN on macOS successfully and tested it, and it works fine on macOS. However, when I try to access the fileshare in Windows Parallels, I am unable to connect to it (even though I have enabled the VPN while connecting). What can I do to enable fileshare in Windows Parallels to work?
Windows Parallels cannot connect to fileshare.

Kindly provide us with some more information on the fileshare in question and the process by which you connect to it on your host Mac.
1. Are you referring to Onedrive or network-shared folders?
2. Please describe in detail the steps by which you would normally access this fileshare.
3. Kindly collect a technical report (click Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide its 9-digit ID here.

ANS = network-shared.

ANS = I open function windows + R > xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx > Share drive.
3. Kindly collect a technical report (click Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide its 9-digit ID here.
ANS = I'll send log to you again.
