Windows Phone 7 (mango) emulator error

When running the new Windows Phone 7.1 SDK, the Windows Phone emulator says:

Windows Phone Emulator is not supported on this computer because this computer does not have the required graphics processing unit configuration.

Please see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6910194/wp7-emulator-browser-not-displaying-anything for a screenshot of the error dialog that appears on Windows 7 when trying to run the Windows Phone 7.1 SDK (mango) emulator.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

Is the Parallels team aware of and working on this issue?

Is Parallels going to support the Windows Phone 7 emulator? Is there any plans for this? Can you let your customers know? Would be great if you would, please.
