Windows restarts on shutdown with error

Not every time I shut down my windows 10 virtual machine, but most times, I get this parallels error message pop up. ("Window 10 Pro" was restarted. The virtual machine processor was reset by the operating system. )

The system then restarts to the login screen. To get out of. The loop of shutdown and restarts. I have to stop the virtual machine.

I"m running Parallels 13.3.1. (43365), Windows 10 Pro Build 17134, Mac OS 10.13.6 beta (17G31f)

Any suggestions.

The article mentioned above (https://kb.parallels.com/124449) states that this issue was resolved by the Oct 18 Win 10 update. Not so for me, even after restarts. Still had to use the workaround in the article. YMMV.

Hello MichaelC17. Please check for any pending updates in Windows and install the same (take a snapshot first).
