windows restarts unexpectedly

Bit poster
when working with autocad or photoshop every time I zoom in windows restarts.
this didn't happen before but now i cannot work with either of these programs and that was the reason i bought parallels in the first place. do you have any idea why this started happening and how to make it work as it did before?
