I am having an issue with one of my customers. Windows is showing a phantom display. The customer has one external display connected to their Mac. When Windows launches, Windows shows the laptop display, the one external display and then a third, phantom display. Deleted the extra display adapter and the Windows system displays the two actual displays until the Mac is restarted. The Mac does not show this third phantom display in the system report. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Only the laptop display is shown. When the external display is reconnected, only the laptop and one external display is shown.
