When I boot Windows XP SP3 in Parallels Desktop 4 on my Mac. All looks good and the start button and tool bar is present. Then a few moments after the initial boot the start button and tool bar disappears.
Any ideas what is going on - not sure if this is a parallels problem or win issue.
