Windows takes entire screen during startup

When I start Windows 7 within Parallels 5, it starts in a nice small Window. But it gets to a point where the entire Mac screen slides to the left to be replaced with a giant Windows splash screen that cannot be resized (no window frame or scrollbars). If I was in the middle of typing something, I've lost focus. Is there a way to force the splash screen to run in a window instead?

Parallels Desktop went into FullScreen mode. To have it go back to Windowed mode, press Ctrl+Option, go to View menu and select the "Window" option.

To have Windows always start in Window mode, go to Virtual Machine Configuration->Options->Startup and Shutdown->Startup View and set it to "Window"
