Windows takes forever to load, and must keep window in focus

Any time I re-start Windows, I have to keep the window in focus or it goes into suspension mode. Since the startup in Parallels is VERY slow, nothing happens unless I sit for 10 minutes or more waiting for everything to load. If I go to use any Mac applications, Windows goes into suspension mode until I return to the window.

This is extremely annoying and a huge waste of time. Incidentally, I have the bare minimum programs automatically loading. It's just slow.

Any ideas?
 
I dont have a solution however I recently upgraded to Parallels 8 cause it promised quicker startup. I dont see any diference from my old vrsion, it was a ripoff. Mine doesn't take 10 minutes fut 4 or 5 at eleast! Its a real pain and the advertising for thenew version promised faster startup,, that was sucker bait!
