Windows Taskbar not visible

This is a weird one, but I used Transporter to migrate my boot camp into a virtual appliance. It have re-installed Parallels tools but now in regardless of full screen mode or window mode, the Windows taskbar is not visible. If I hit CMD key (windows key in virtual m) the start menu appears but it doesnt show the taskbar.

Any ideas?
 
Hello,

did you check the settings in Start -> Control Panel -> Taskbar and Start Menu? Your Taskbar may be hidden and locked.
