Windows VM Bitlocker drive encryption

I am trying to enroll the windows VM to Microsoft Intune to make the VM compliance, but there's been problem with the bitlocker drive encryption, I tried encrypting the window 11 VM from parallel configurations but still no use, do anyone knows another work arounds to men the windows VM get enrolled with work or school accounts and make the windows VM get compliance with organisation policies in Intune.
