windows VM's crashing after migrating to new iMac

Dear all,

I have today migrated to a new iMac: 27-inch, quad core i7, 8 GB RAM. Now each time I start one of my Windows VM's (Windows XP Home SP3, Windows 7 Home Premium) they crash. Anyone having similar issues? And if so found a solution?

I found that I hard to uninstall the kaspersky AV software immediately after the image booted. Then it runs fun. I tried re-installing the AV software an on reboot the image repeatedly shuts down after about 2 min.

Thanks for your reply, but I do not have Kaspersky AV installed, and the VM's crashes on boot i.e. I am unable to get into the VM's.
