Windows will not start

[Parallels User]

After recent parallels update on Mac 11.0.1 Windows 10 will not start.
I hvae followed the instructions using terminal to get rid of tags but still get the following pop ups also
Any ideas?

I believe the order of this messages is reversed. The first one is warning about running from external disk. But the second message is about virtual HDD wasn't opened during some error. You can check the VM bundle and virtual hdd image size/permissions. But it would be great if you Sent Technical Data from this point and share ID number here.
