windows won't display my mac files

Bit poster
Even though i configurated the VM the way that mac will share my files with windows, windows doesnt display any of these. In the VM configuration everything is set on activated. I think its totally weird.
Can anyone help
 
Hi annemd,

Go to Control Panel => Add or Remove Programs => Remove Parallels tools => Restart the Windows => Reinstall Parallels tools.

Check if you are able to share the files. If this does not fix the issue please follow the below mentioned steps.

Shutdown Windows. Go to Configuration => Shared folders => Uncheck the options and check them back again.

This should fix the issue
