Windows XP icons and toolbar are tiny

HI, I have two MacBook Air laptops. I am running Windows XP under Parallels. Also running current versions of Catalina. When I run Windows XP the icons on the screen are tiny. I have used the screen properties to make the bigger but they are still small. Also, the toolbar icons are very tiny and hard to read.

This only happens on one of my computers and it is new since the most recent upgrade of Parallels.

Any suggestions

Hi, please change the Windows virtual machine screen resolution into Scaled on virtual machine configuration > Hardware > Graphics > Resolution > set it to Scaled) and reinstall Parallels Tools by referring this KB article https://kb.parallels.com/115835 and see if it works.

I can not find what you are referring to. When you say "virtual machine" do you mean the Windows XP virtual system? I don't see machine configuration or >Hardware etc. Are you referring to a different version of Windows perhaps?

Refer https://kb.parallels.com/119926 and set the display resolution to 'Scaled'. Then check whether the display looks normal.
