Windows XP not starting after changing Main Memory

I changed the Main Memory to 2GB and every time i start I get this Blue Screen ( with the error code: 0x0000007E), and I have changed all the setting back to the original and it still won't work .

if you change the memory value back to original settings, does the virtual machine able to start? In any case, it might be useful to check the following MS support article:

Nope

I shall check the link, and see if that works now, and yes i did change back to default settings and it still refused to load with the blue screen still appearing.
