WindowsXP.hdd Being used by another application?

Greetings,
I have Parallels Desktop 3.0 and when I try to launch the applicaiton, Parallels is stating that the WindowsXP.Hdd is being used by another application.

This occures even after rebooting the machine. Any ideas?

Currently Running on a Macbook running 10.4.11.

Make sure that the hard disk is not mounted on the mac computer, if you are still facing the same issue click on the link below and follow the steps given in the article.
