Every time I log on to winndows it tells me that Kapersky virus protection is telling windows it is switched off. I check Kapersky and it looks on to me. Am I doing something wrong? This is rather irritating after a while. Thanks
Find the Parallels Internet Security icon in the tray. Make sure,that Automatic protection is running.please,click on Security Center icon in the tray -> Virus Protection -> Recommendations and mark the box "I have an Antivirus"
Im not sure where you mean by - Security Center icon in the tray -> Virus Protection -> Recommendations and mark the box "I have an Antivirus". I can see a small round green icon down the bottom right of the screen. I click on that and the parallels internet security winndow opens but I cant see the options you are suggesting.
