Clicked on "Start" > "Shut down". It shows that Windows is shutting down with a "blue spinning wheel". But it goes on and on. I had to hard force shut down Windows by going to virtual machine > stop.
This happens every time I try to shut down Windows. It cannot shut down normally and always have to force stop.
