I keep getting these errors, also lost the network and internet connections on my virtual machine. I run Windows 7 Ultimate on it. I am able to launch the virtual machine, but any program I try to launch pops up the same winnsi.dll error stating it is either not compatible or damaged. I cannot access a drive on any other machine or any peripheral devices. I have a copy of a good winnsi.dll from another mac install but I cannot overwrite the damaged file. Any suggestions? I have purchased and run two so-called cleaners and they did not fix it.

Hello Jack,
1. Please follow this article and isolate your virtual machine form Mac
2. Then click on Actions> Reinstall Parallels Tools and check if you are able to fix this issue.
3. Should it work then again disable the isolation and check it it works!
