Wireless connectivity in XP

I can connect via wireless in Mac OS but the wireless network connection doesn't show up in Windows XP. When I try to connect to "Apple Wireless" in Parallels I get:
"USB device you are trying to connect to the virtual machine is being used by another process. Wait 5-10 seconds, then try to connect the device again. If this does not help, find the application that blocked up the device and disconnect it manually."

I'm running Mac OS X v 10.4.9
Build 1970.

Build 1970 is old. Try 3186 or 3188.
