Wireless Networking Issue (WPA2)

I am connecting to a wireless network at a university that uses WPA2 Enterprise authentication (A full login and password). I assume since it is using 802.11x security protocols it is blocking the additional IP that parallels wants to attain. Is there a workaround for this? It has definitely put a damper on my Parallels usage, as I need to run a Windows only application while being mobile on the campus.

I've tried matching the mac address to the Macbook's Airport card, I've tried host only networking and activated internet sharing to the parallels ethernet adapter and neither have worked. Any ideas?

Use "host only networking with internet connection sharing"

There is a post here that explains how to do this. Note the part that says "How to turn on internet sharing"

Make sure that the MAC address of your VM is diffrent from the Macbook. Things break badly when there are duplicate MAC addresses on a network...
