Witcher 1 problem - no text on menu/too bright in game

Hi, I want to play Witcher on Mac with M1Pro via Parallels 17, but there is a problem with text

In menu after I run the game there is no text at all, but if start a new game, there will be text, but it is too bright, and if I return to the menu, there will be text, but still bright
Game runs in 60 fps
The problem is probably in video driver

Could anyone help to suggest how to fix this, please?
