won't boot

I donloaed parallels when it was a beta program on my intel imac, it worked fine but corrupted an aux in port, so i gave up on it. I just recently bought a copy from the store figuring if they are mass producing it then it must work right. I cand get everything going just like before, but when i hit the play button, or the shortcut to start windows, it gets stuck at booting from harddrive.

i am not going to pay 30 bucks to talk to a rep for them to get their own program to run right. So i decided to give this board a try before i take it back. Please help, my phone numer is 318-272-9022 if anyone wants to try to help me.
 
Try emailing support. I did and I got a guy emailing that couldn't even spell my first name that's in spelled out in my email. I received about 5 emails and each time he didn't understand my problem. I can only imagine if I talked to him on the phone. Support needs to hire people that speak and understand ENGLISH.
