Hello, I'm trying to setup a usb fingerprint reader and a signature pad on parallels/windows. When I plug them in, a dialog box asks if I'd like the set up on the windows or Mac, I've selected windows and I can see these devices listed along with my printers, however, the tech assisting me remotely states that--because it's a virtual machine--he's "running into a wall" and can't install the drivers. He's convinced that there isn't a workaround and has given up. Anyone have experience with this? Thank you in advance, Ben
