I can see that with 4128 you do the magic by removing kbdmgr.exe at Vista startup, and restore that at VM shutdown.
This should have been an easy experience.

Jeeze there was a lot of hate! It's Saturday! The engineers are at home! They may not know it even happened.
Us mac users get real used to having things just work all the time so when it doesn't happen we tend to freak. Everywhere else it is the norm though.
