Worst customer service from 2x support

    We formally want to complain about 2x support.
    Byron Watters and tickets:

    We upgraded to version 12-0_2154 AppServer and 12-0_2146 WebPortal and HTML5 is not working on IE11. Working on Chrome and Firefox.

    It takes him very long to respond…for that reason we created a second ticket and he grabbed that as well…really wish someone else was assigned to that ticket.

    His exact response to us was: “it works for me so it should work for you and there is nothing I can do to fix it”. He said “there is nothing I can do to make it work” (without even trying), he would not bother looking at the servers, logs, nothing.
    Simply because “it works for him”.
