Would like my activation license cancelled on older machine

As the title suggests, I recently got a new computer, my older computer was using an intel chip and the newer is using an M3. I do no need any of the data from the previous machine, just the functionality of using windows on this new computer. When following the migration directions I never have the option to "activate on this computer" after installing. I get the license limit error and no other options. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
